Document: releaseCapture() method
Non-standard: This feature is non-standard and is not on a standards track. Do not use it on production sites facing the Web: it will not work for every user. There may also be large incompatibilities between implementations and the behavior may change in the future.
The releaseCapture()
method releases mouse capture if
it's currently enabled on an element within this document.
Once mouse capture is released, mouse events will no longer all be directed to the element on which capture is enabled.
Enabling mouse capture on an element is done by calling element.setCapture()
